Are your products non-slip?
While the tread patterns on our product offer some advantages over a smooth garage floor, they are not intended as non-slip surfaces. Wipe up any oil, chemicals or other fluids that may drip from your vehicle to minimize your own likelihood of slipping.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the USA by one of the largest manufacturers producers of roll-out garage floorings.
What are your products made of?
They are made of tough non-porous vinyl and are designed to withstand knocks, drops and spillage of common household chemicals and oils.
What kind of tread pattern is best for me?
It depends on how and where you wish to use your product, and also your personal preferences. Say, if you wish to use it somewhere that requires washing or sweeping out (like a kennel or horse trailer), the ribbed (straight line) pattern may help channel dirt or water towards an exit.
How quickly can you fulfill my order?
Depending on your choice of colour and tread pattern, we may be able to meet your needs in a few days. We are happy to advise colours and patterns currently in stock and import other stock to meet your requirements.
How do I install your product?
You may install the product yourself if you’re a confident home handyperson. Otherwise, we can put you in touch with one of our installation partners.
Installation Instructions
Do I have to glue the flooring down?
Adhesives or tapes are optional as the flooring lies flat after installation and a recovery period (from having been rolled out during shipping). Where you have joints in your installation, adhesives or tapes are also optional.
If you make a hard turn in your vehicle while on the flooring surface, the product may bunch up but return to its original position.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We will go a long way to ensure you are happy with our product and service. We want you to tell your friends only good things about us. As a minimum we will be guided by the Consumer Guarantees Act even if it is not applicable to you (eg. if you have purchased from us for commercial purposes).
